Meeting Rooms
Non-profit clubs, community groups and organizations may hold meetings in one of the Library’s two public meeting rooms.
- The Anna M. Schrock Auditorium is located on the Library’s lower level, and seats 80 people theater-style, or 32 in classroom set-up. Amenities include microphones, ceiling-mounted projector, podium and kitchenette.
- Meeting Room A/B is set up in a boardroom format and seats 16. Amenities include a smart TV and a podium.
Please see our Meeting Room Policy for full details. A request for a meeting room reservation may be made in person at the AV Desk on the lower level, or by filling out the online form.
(For those who do not wish to use the online form, you can download and print a copy of the application form to fill out. You will then need to bring the application to the AV Desk at the library.)
