What Do I Need To Get A Library Card?

If you live within Elkhart Township:

You must present one form of photo identification with your name and current address.

Not sure what your township is? Check your address here. 

Acceptable forms of identification include:

• Driver’s License
• Indiana State I.D.
• GRID Card
• Matricula
• Passport

If your photo ID has your current address on it, that’s all you need!

If it doesn’t have a current address, bring along another typed document with your name & address on it, such as a recent:

• Auto Registration
• Checkbook
• Utility Bill
• Rental Lease
• Business Mail
• Bank/credit card statement
