An art program for 4th-6th graders on the 2nd & 4th Friday of the month. Each meeting will focus on a different art medium. Sign up is required for each meeting.
Join our 2nd grade book club where we will read our book aloud together. We will read the book together over the course of two meetings, and each meeting will have time for a craft or activity. Beginner's Chess Club. Sign up required: bit.ly/gpl-chess Open to 2nd - 6th graders who already love playing chess and want to improve their skills. Meetings will be on Mondays at 6:00 -7:30 pm and continue through November. There will be a tournament for members on December 2nd.
A storytime + craft/activity program, targeted at developing kindergarten readiness skills. Open to 4 & 5 year olds along with a parent or guardian. Sign up for one three-week session at a time. Sign up here.

During Thanksgiving we will be showing movies in the auditorium at 4:00 pm. The movies are open to all. Wednesday, November 22: Ice Age (in Spanish with English subtitles) Friday, November 24: Ratatouille (in English with Spanish subtitles)

Replacing our regular storytime, this program will still have stories but they will be shorter. And as a group, we'll spend more time moving, singing, & playing. At the end of each meeting we'll have a structured playtime, with activity stations, games, and more. This program will focus on developing very beginning, early literacy skills.
