Celebrate National Voter Registration Day with Elkhart County Voter Registration and Goshen Public Library! Visit GPL’s Lobby from 2-6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, have your questions about voting answered, and receive assistance with voter registration for the upcoming election. When registering to vote in person, have your driver’s license/state ID number or the last 4 of your SSN ready.
