In 2019, the Elkhart County Landfill reported 62,555 tons of waste came from Goshen City limits. The City’s residential waste landfill numbers are increasing 11% per year, 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2020, the City spent $1.4 million dollars on the pick up and disposal of residents waste. With Goshen Zero Waste, we will explore ways to reduce waste.
