What Do I Need To Get A Library Card?
If you live within Elkhart Township:
You must present one form of photo identification with your name and current address. Not sure what your township is? Check your address here.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- Driver’s License
- Indiana State I.D.
- GRID Card
- Matricula
- Passport
If your photo ID has your current address on it, that’s all you need!
If it doesn’t have a current address, bring along another typed document with your name & address on it, such as a recent:
- Auto Registration
- Checkbook
- Utility Bill
- Rental Lease
- Business Mail
- Bank/credit card statement
